Return and Refund Policy

You may return unopened products for a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. If you would like to return an item, please call 517-267-0107. We are available from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Thursday Eastern Standard Time (EST).

We cannot accept returns of opened products.

Shipping Information

Your product(s) will ship within one week of your order placement. Shipping may take an additional 3 to 7 business days. Shipping is only available within the United States via parcel post. Standard shipping within the U.S. is free, please call 517-267-0107 if you need international shipping, faster shipping or alternate shipping options.
